Companionship

Today was the final 1st birthday celebration:) We brought Mum along here so she could have some quality time with Imogen in an environment she is used to. It went well :) It was just a teeny family lunch with Hannah and Rory, Valerie ,Mum and ourselves with Immy as the centre of attention.
Probably the best part for all of us was the two of them watching Immy's favourite TV programme [ The Smeds & the Smoos by Julia Donaldson on BBC Iplayer]. Mum was fascinated by it and as we had the subtitles on she read bits of it to Imogen who grabbed Mum's hand and pointed to the TV if she thought Mum wasn't watching. A lovely afternoon making very precious memories.
