Did food bank this morning. We have lots of stock at the moment- really good. Got home and grabbed some lunch then went over to Sherwood for the open day at Hartley Creatives. They had some guests there too, including S. It was very busy with a lovely buzz about it. Met JR there but she was late having not checked where the venue was and so went to the wrong place. Was determined not to buy anything but came away with three large glass baubles- the seller was retiring and so getting rid of everything, a piece of upholstery fabric in just the colour I was looking for, and 2 small original abstract paintings. All at bargain prices! The studios are all situated in two 1960s ex factory buildings so it all felt very industrial- lots of steps too! Walked into Sherwood in the crisp autumn sunshine for tea and cake and then home via the supermarket
