Rooftop delights

I had a zoom chat with some friends from my school days first thing this morning. I haven’t seen one of them since we left school, the others I’ve met up with in the US and the UK.

Really enjoyed that hour and a half reminiscing and catching up on what we’ve been up to over the years and also inquiring about other friends from school.

Jon has come up for the weekend. We dropped Martin off at Twin Waters as he had a huge gala function to attend for the Sunshine Coast Business Awards.

Jon and I then went to Maroochydore to have cocktails at a rooftop bar that Jon has wanted to take me to. Lovely views over Maroochydore, see extra.

We then went down to Ocean Street for another cocktail at one of the vegan restaurants down there.

Did come home for dinner and the cats would be getting quite hungry.

After Ben got home, Martin texted to say he was ready to be picked up, so off we all went.
