We had intended to go into the office today, but had a last minute change of plan and worked from home instead, which was lovely. The Minx based herself up in the music room, and I worked from the dining room table.

Consequently, as soon as we'd finished for the day, we were able to set about moving things back into the front room. This whole decorating process - specifically, emptying the room, and then bringing stuff back in - has facilitated some further decluttering.

Which is not to say I don't still have a lot of books, pictures, et cetera, but at least the shelves are no longer overflowing!
