Yes it stands for emergency blip.  I am really stuck at the moment to find blip materials.  I think I've been spoiled by being able to take photos of wonderful animals in their own environments and 5 different Zimbabwe locations.  I'll get over it but in the meantime I've got to look around carefully!   Have a good Sunday.
