Whichever thing caused the Dualit toaster (hand made by Liam according to the sticker on the bottom) to not function was soon fixed by Mr K, who seems to think his degree in electronic engineering from a billion years ago allows him to claim to be a qualified electrician (only such a beast should open up the bowels of the toaster apparently).
