Tarn Hows

A man made lake but one of our favourites, mainly because many years ago on our honeymoon no less, it was frozen over and we walked across the ice. It was beautiful then and it was beautiful today in the sunshine accompanied by our daughter. We walked up Black Crag, a Wainwright as it happens, but we don't have to tick those off any more, just enjoy them!
