Qualified

Woohoo, these two nailed their final assessment today under the careful eye of little miss Missy (&Tom & me).

Today was cold, snow on the Lakeland tops... But also a glorious riot of colour in the gentle woodlands and vales of Lancashire. 

Late in the day I paused for a moment of reflection - see the extra ;-) ,  these two take a thing that was once a idea to a team of 17, with another potential 8 joining us in January. It's been tough, rewarding and inspiring, I'm excited to see what 2024 will bring.
