after a few days waking at 4am and having a cold,  i am a bit tired…..did some housework and went to town, Boots and M&S…..now am in my recliner watching Escape to the country…..
Last night i finished all series of Downton and will probably start Call the midwife…….although i saw there might be a new Heartland series…..:)

dinner tonight will be an M&S ready meal….
