Morning Swim

With the temperature showing only a couple of degrees above freezing and with very little wind, it was off to the "Great Outdoors" for a refreshing swim.

Lochore Meadows was the venue and accompanied by Sarah, we had a great swim out to this island and back.

Swim time just under 30 mins and with the water temperature dropping, it was a good decision not to stay out longer.

Hopefully it won't be long until the first snows arrive!!!
