Goose Fair

Today we went to the Ovingham Goose fair and, miraculously it didn't rain (raining and the Goose fair have gone hand in hand for many years, so much so they even had an umbrella decorating competition this year).

There were lots of typical British fete stalls and rides for the kids as well as a traditional Punch and Judy show (which I've not seen anywhere for many years).

The lady Morris dancers relaxing in the WI tea tent caught my eye as a very British summer sight!
