Conflict of interests

I'm currently very motivated to pursue my exercise goals and try and build up a sustainable daily exercise/stretching regime.  The cat, however, does not make it easy.  She hates that she's been alone all day and is vocally insistent that I provide a lap to sit on.  

I try and ignore her but this afternoon she decided that actions speak louder than miaows and any part of my body would do - as you can see - even a body that is trying to do very gentle stomach crunches...
