Glitter Girl

Crazy busy day as always. I really need to slow down. Twelve days to go to Glastonbury. Hope I make it. Weather forecasts all over the place. I can cope with mud though.

Today; work this morning as girls did final rehearsals for concert this afternoon where they both sang and played. Hope was great on her cello, but Floss was in the lead role. Wow. Too many recorders as always but the quality of the singing made up for it. Was worried about how my folks would be around J but my dad was great. Mum will come round.

Then fitted in a quick trip to Avalanche for National and QotSA on vinyl and Savages on CD. Liking Savages very much do far. Very Banshees.

Then, Floss needed to go to a party, so car out, and we had a couple of extras on the way there. Good vibe. Party was where her uncle used to run clubs. Don't think he or Mark ever played any Queen though. Quickly whizzed up a green bean and asparagus risotto before pick up. Now relaxing before getting girls to bed and a quick bit of work, the paper and some wine.
