Y Graig
THURSDAY
A short run in the sun to Y Graig nature reserve which is just 1km from home. Part of the reserve was a limestone quarry and the remains of an old lime kiln is still visible nearby.
The far reaching view from the top across the Vale of Clwyd is quite spectacular (see extra). In the distance are the Denbigh Moors and beyond them the mountains of Snowdonia. Colwyn Bay and the Little Orme and Great Orme summit can be seen to the right in the extra.
Back home for the Ocado delivery. The rain showers started around 10:00 am.
