Hey, Some Privacy Please!

This male Northern Cardinal was throughly enjoying himself in the gently flowing water of the bog. Fresh and clean water is very important to our feathered friends, especially during this time of the year. We haven't had rain in quite a while and many of their natural sources aren't available. Our yard offers two 'traditional' bird baths and a substantial bog area just above our pond. The bog is approx. 2" deep and a pump moves the water 24/7. Small falls drop the water back into the pond which aerates it and provides the soft sound of falling water for us two-leggeds. So...Win Win!
