Arnside Viaduct

Yoga in town first thing.  Good and I am feeling the benefit.

Out to lunch with Santana today.  We went to Levens Kitchen and it was delicious.  From here to Arnside for a blip.  Coffee there and then home in the gloom.  Boy, it's getting dark early.
