Invigorated

That’s how I felt after facing the bracing wind at Calgary Beach in the afternoon. It was a bit of a shock to get out of the car and I regretted the lack of gloves. Friend and fellow blipper Wanderers13 and myself had come to join blipper Weeflecky to remember and celebrate loved ones whom we have lost. This is part of the “To Absent Friends” festival of remembrance. It was very poignant to see the names we had drawn in the sand being washed away by the incoming tide. (Extra)
The hot chocolate provided by Weeflecky was very welcome and hugging the hot cup helped to warm my chilly fingers.
