Knitting in Public

Today I helped to organise a knitting in public event. We were worried that not enough people would turn up and help us achieve our aim of knitting a blanket of squares in a day. Well, 75 women made over 400 squares , enough for 4 blankets, and two clever women wielding crochet hooks finished the first one. We did it!
