Remembering

In biblical Hebrew to remember is always a practical activity.. It is never an intellectual event. You remember in order to act. You live in a state of  remembrance.... Acting on a positive memory to revive that good memory and celebrate it... or acting on a negative memory to ensure it is never repeated.
You can be the creator of the future and not merely a consumer.
