Red splashes

Today is Kyro's Gotcha Day, it's a year since we fetched him from the Retired Greyhound Trust kennels.  He has calmed down and settled in.  Still a few rough edges but Rome wasn't built in a day, or year.  

The rain put me off going to town this morning.  Plus I had what I required today.  

It's been a dodging showers day.  First dog walk after breakfast was dry.  

Made pasta sauce on return and cooked dog's food.  Early lunch and second walk just after lunch in dry weather setting off which altered into heavy, fine rain.  

Readeasy student at 2.30pm and phone call with Anna at 4pm. 

Dinners over and will soon watch Lenny Henry's drama Three Little Birds on itv. 

Still no good news in the world.
