A Gift

Working from home and I took off for a walk 30 minutes before sunset. I might have been the last walk in daylight during the workweek until next year.

However, I came across the neighbour who had given two apples to me when I admired his little apple tree a few weeks ago.
Told him they had been delicious and then he 'forced' me to stop again at his place on my way home and gave me all the apples from the little tree. He sad his allergy didn't tolerate them.

So good to know and experience there's still nice people out there.

Now I need a plan for the apples, I don't know how long I can store them. Apple cake, apple sauce, apple pancakes......?
