Words to Remember.

Another gem from my calendar that I just had to share with all of you on blip. 

Simple words. 

True words. 

Yet words we often forget or cast aside as we criticise ourselves left, right and centre. 

Maybe we could all do with remembering we deserve to show ourselves a little bit of kindness each and every day. I know I probably could!!
