Cordyline stricta

AKA Slender Palm Lily. An evergreen Australian plant/shrub. 

Very tired. I have been up since 1.30am. My body decided just under four hours was enough. Charlie has started gagging during the night. Went to the Vet today. It could be something mild or something serious. Monitoring and tests to be done.
