Nine rental scooters

Today I furthered the empanada project. I'd already made the dough and it's now in 12 little balls. Then I made the meaty filling. They'll be tomorrow's meal and I fully expect that they won't be as good as the standout ones we had at the pulperia in Buenos Aires, or the goat ones in Salta. But I felt compelled to give them a go.

Then out for a photo. These nine scooters were so white they lent themselves to a mono.
