Sushi

It didn’t seem to take as long to make this sushi as it did last time. Maybe I kept it simpler. I think it’s my tidiest ever sushi, as well, with the rolls rolled as snug as a bug in a rug. Even cutting them seemed easier and neater than before.

We ate it during Bake Off. Spoiler alert! Spoiler below.

You know it’s a bad technical challenge when the winning bake is described as ‘edible’.

Not sure what I did today. I seemed busy, but I feel unaccomplished. Perhaps tomorrow will be more accomplishmentful.
