Another 'Oh dear' entry

A new low, Blip-wise!
No photos all day, so here
you have.. Batch Cooking!

It's actually quite satisfying.  But not a good blip.  The boys have Spag Bol on a Tuesday (yes we're that kind of Predictable Household) so if I can make a huge casserole pot of it, then I can be free of serious Tuesday cooking for a while!  These little parcels are bound for the freezer, I regret the single use plastic but it is so handy and it fits into the freezer so well.
It's been a busy day, there was some family fun and some dog training but it involved travel within Ben's school hours which can be stressful.. will I be back in time, or if there's a problem?? And there was an overturned HGV, a well meaning but inaccurate man in a cable knit sweater providing directions, some wrong turns, a work van blocking me in and torrential rain and low visibility on the roads around the cat and fiddle and Goyt valley etc.  I scraped in to fetch Ben and now I'm still playing catch up.. but I've had a lovely day and I'm a happy bunny.  There were some interesting titbits from the dog trainer and hopefully we can help Leo bark a bit less in the car if nothing else!
