Sun Capped.

A lovely sunny day. Asked Andy to clean my car on Sunday and had a chat then went off the Muircot to meet Linda and Margaret for lunch.  The drive there was beautiful and I had plenty of time so could have stopped for a photo but didn't.. Lots of chat as always and we're meeting again at the end of the month. Stopped at the Yetts 'O Muckart for a photo on the way home and regretted not stopping earlier on.  Called in at Loch Leven's Larder for a couple of items and got home just as it was getting dark. Batteries had been delivered so  I got my old Tens machine working and am giving it a trial to see if it helps my knee at all. It didn't in the past but worth another try.
