From Waverley Bridge

Sun flare on the big wheel in the afternoon light. 

Dry all day again. Out to a Library meeting in the Lawnmarket in the afternoon; tea first and people watching at Gladstone's Land across the street. Quick walk to the Esplanade since it was unobstructed by scaffolding.

By the time I was coming back the wheel lights, bright multicoloured LEDs, were on; I've seen several blips of that version.  Taking passengers as of 17 November.
