Last light

We had to go to the beach this afternoon … there will be few other opportunities. The sea is too chilly — we saw a couple of people venture in, for no more than two minutes. But the bars were busy, and it was a pleasure to lounge and read. It was after five when we left … it currently gets dark at around seven.
