This view again (Day 3101)

I arrived at the bathroom re-fit this morning and was greeted with the phrase "Do you want the good news or the bad news?" The customer then informed me that the bath I fitted on Friday is the wrong bath. It should have had handles on the sides and doesn't. It seems that the supplier had ordered and delivered the wrong bath. I just fitted a bath, not knowing that it was supposed to have handles.
The customer headed to town to speak to the supplier, while I finished off the plasterboarding. The news when she returned was that a new bath will be supplied, but no indication of when. I will then get to remove the bath and fit the correct one. It throws a fairly massive spanner in my work plans for the next while, but I just have to deal with it.
I gave up there for the day, and headed to town to collect stuff for a bathroom re-fit in Stromness, then home for lunch and a wander with Sigyn.
I headed for Stromness and got the wet wall finished in a shower room I have been working on for a while.
Down to the horses where I met my beautiful wife and gave her a hand to fill and distribute hay nets. Nice to see the HV and the horses, and a good way to unwind after a fairly annoying day.
