A nice day

Went over to Stockbridge to shed some books, so had a wander through the Dean Gardens. Thought Hygieia's temple was looking particularly good, with the golden pinecone (?) highlighting the yellow leaves. Bob posed momentarily on Rowena's rowan tree, which did nice red highlighting, but didn't manage to get a shot of him.

Then a wander through some of the charity shops (picked up all 6 Brandenburg concertos by the Orchestra of the Age of Englightenment, for a mere 3 quid - result!) then to Mellis for some cheese, which was somewhat more expensive.

Cooking the pork and beans thing in LS's re-cycled slow cooker; first time I've used it, seems much more efficient than my old one. Haven't tasted the result yet, mind.
