SAD DAY in many ways?

I went to a funeral at 1pm today, the church was packed . Great guy , but having bad health in the last few years he could be a bit grumpy, & very understandable too. Frustration sets in & unless you've been in that same position it's hard to be sympathetic.
Having suffered quite a lot of pain in the last few days , being in care for well over a year, Ian is now at rest.
If these occasions can be good this was one of those. So tastefully done, a real celebration of life. This is what a funeral should be I feel. Of course there is sadness but to share the lovely moments is so good.
