Mermaid of the Clyde

Come across this delightful ‘ little mermaid ‘ sculpture while walking along the banks of the Clyde in Dumbarton. Full marks to the unknown local artist who erected it without prior knowledge of the cooncil or the local populace. Seen in all her glory when the tide is out, only to return to her natural habitat when the tide is in, great stuff.
