A bird on a wire

Today has been dull, dull, dull, colourless, depressing, soggy, wet, filthy, rain-soaked, sodden, gray, dark, joyless, piss-poor and rubbish.

It's enough to make one feel suicidal.
And to illustrate that feeling, today's piccy has a Leonard Cohen influence.

I remember the pain of unrequited love in my youth, and consoling myself with a bottle of scotch and a Leonard Cohen album well into the wee small hours of the morning.

Different circumstances then, same depressing feeling now - all due to this bluddy RAIN!
