Busy day, saw my gran in the home this morning with my mum, older brother and his girlfriend. This is the first time it's been apparent she couldn't remember exactly who I was. Something I've been prepared for for a while but it's still a sad moment when it finally happens.

After that, we dropped my brother and his girlfriend at the train station to go back into Edinburgh before travelling back to London and spent the afternoon with my sister and my niece, which was lovely.
