Fire Walk

I did a fire walk at St Ann’s Hospice this afternoon. I enjoyed all the motivational stuff beforehand. I went on my own as I’ve decided if I wait for someone to do things with I’ll miss out on lots of things. I shall have to find my next challenge now.

We had two goes at walking on the hot embers. It was a great confidence booster too. I keep suggesting it for a team training day but they just laugh, I seriously think it would be good though, but hey, who listens to me lol.
