Church this morning…then over to see my poor friend L, who has battled really bad lung cancer and now trying to recover a fall down stairs. She has broken ribs and collar bone. Could have been so much worse; especially as her husband moved her about 10m to the sofa. Honestly such an obvious thing NOT to do!!! If she hurt her neck or back…. She was so distressed and worried about everyone else. Quite a few tears. She is so courageous and positive usually.

Came home to a delicious roast lamb dinner thanks to the Rev. O, Mum, A and Dan were already there waiting.

Now just chilling out with Daisy.
