Into Ilkley

Just got to the bus stop on my way to Ilkley when who should pass but Rebecca and Verity in Mike’s car. So l got a quick lift into town .
Unlike the bus which travels at the bottom of the valley we went over the tops, took a quick shot of the valley while travelling, see extra if you are interested.
Walked along the Grove, it was the monthly food market.
Got what l needed but what pleased me most was seeing the Italian baker from Beverley ( who visits the market in Otley once a month ) having a look round. Hope it means he is thinking of joining here. He would be very welcome.
Then went to see The Great Escaper at Ilkley Cinema, wasn’t expecting much but it was so much better than l imagined, really good actually.
Home now and can’t decide whether to make dinner before of after Strictly results. Adam to go l think.
