Summerhouse

Today's the day ........................ for a special place

This is the corner of our garden that catches the last rays of sunshine, before the sun dips down behind the far horizon at the end of the afternoon.  So it was the perfect spot to site the summerhouse to take advantage of that fact.

It's actually a great place to be at any time of the day - and it is a much-loved and often used spot for morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks, summer pizzas and the rest.  It has a great view down over the river, specially in the winter when the trees are bare.

It maybe won't be in use quite so much as the days get shorter and daylight hours decrease - but it will still be a magical place to be, in any season .......................
