Big Yellow thing!!

Up.and out  8am another beach  run and the Big yello  sun came out  for most of the day.
Both feeling  disconnection from friends and support network were we to need it! 
All come about with the season change and now friends visiting has slowed right down..
N working from home all week now and I think that is taking a toll now.
I am between jobs and then when start everything will be here...another odd feeling
The postbox topper has 20 poppies for 20 local men loat in the great war and world war 2.
