Too early?

Just felt I needed to get the Christmas cake done. I love gathering up the ingredients and then that delicious smell - firstly when the fruit is soaking, and then the baking. I’ve stuck to my ‘usual recipe’ - creature of habit.
Had a good walk and catch up with my pal in the afternoon. I think we covered everything.
