Nice cycle this morning. Didn't go very far. Left hand shifter is broken. A quick fiddle, internet search and visit to the bike shop confirmed my worst fears - non-serviceable so has to be replaced. Struggling to find a single replacement that looks identical so may have to resort to buying a pair. 240 quid! ouch. Fortunately the boy at the bike shop set the front derailleur permanently on the middle chainring for now so the bike is still usable while I save up!
