Waiting Patiently ..........

........... on One Street Main Street.

When I went to the shop this morning this lovely dog was waiting patiently outside the coffee shop for his owners. In fact, there were lots of dog walkers around the Main Street this morning.

In other news, our Tuesday yoga class has been cancelled and I have embarked on a new exercise regime. I have now got to the end of week two. All was going well and even yesterday I didn't feel it was too tough. This morning, however, is a different story. Arms, shoulders and butt are sore. I guess it must be working.
