Definitely confused

It was a lovely sunny morning and JJ and I walked the long way round to pick up bread.  This is becoming a habit.

This afternoon we've both been in the garden doing a bit of clearing up.  I've cut down the peonies and some of the geraniums, whilst JJ has been on the usual lawn leaf clearance.  The lawn is pretty sodden and it would be better if we didn't walk on it, but that's not an option.

The hydrangia didn't flower well this year but this has recently opened and I've spotted a Hellebore in flower.  I did try to photograph it but failed.
