Yummy lunch!

We had errands to do this morning then popped to see Mum who is spending a lot of time in bed as she’s very weak. She is talking very lucidly but so tired. We were home quite late for lunch so something quick was on the cards. Home made bread toasted spread with mashed avocado with a little salt and pepper, popped under a low heat grill whist poaching some eggs! It was delicious. Joining my brother and family this evening for a chippy tea then watching Strictly! Lots of rain today and thunder earlier that was so loud it sounded like a bomb!!
