Caution! Do not run

We spent the morning around Nantwich and then had a trip to Crewe (had lunch and a beer in the food court in the Market Hall). When we got back to Combermere Abbey I had a 7km run around the estate. This evening, we drove down to Whitchurch and had dinner in an Indian restaurant.
