Protest
This is only part of the art work. The other were a 3 dimensional object in a frame which encased the object in plastic front and back creating the effect of an object bulging out of the frame. It was made by Cornelia Ogiolda. I loved the idea of a collection of objects of protest. The photo images on their own would have been good but to accompany them with a 3d physical object added the physical sense of throwing a projectile as an act of defiance. Historically throwing objects has been a typical act of protest. Contemporary protests have relied more on the use of rapid drying adhesive. Really loved this piece.
Had a haircut. Shopped at the market. Filled out a form for voting in UK elections from here. Went to the new flat painted 4 door frames and both sides of the doors. Made coffee in a wee flask but forgot to bring it, did manage the chocolate though.
Nobody went shopping so I made tomato sauce with Frankenstein pasta. All the kinds of pasta I could find to make up the quantities. Had just enough cheese to each have a sprinkle.
