Break the Rules

I was fooling around with "curves" to try and adjust this photo and ended up with this which is all wrong but I like it. So - here it is. "Dinner on a Friday night".

And all of you spoke so directly to the issues of poverty and homelessness from my photo yesterday. I keep taking shots of these people - why are they more interesting than people like most of us - to me - rhetorical ? Also, saw the film on Netflix Streaming of the twins who worked, one still does, in Amsterdam's Red Light District. Lots of black and white stills from when they were young incorporated - a good reminder of why we take photos. "Meet the Fokkens" - warning, they and the film are very "open", it must have a forbidden rating.
