Cross Country Champs.....

My nephew Jack, who lives in Auckland ( a 1 hour flight from Christchurch) is here today with his school group for the National Cross Country Running School Championships.

Ella and I went out to the venue to try and find him and watch him run his race. It was a bit of a chance thing as we weren't sure of his team colours etc, and there were so many people there.
His race, Year 9 boys, had over 100 entrants running!
We found him though....and managed to see him run and catch up with him at the finish line, he came in at a good time I think?

I know that there were some other blippers there today too, but I did not manage to meet them...Farmergirl? Hope you had a good day though.
