Progress

Managed to get Hubby out for a walk this morning and he walked all the way around the loch, about 1km, not far but a good start.
I am not sure where the rest of the day went but now it's gin night, for the first time in a long while. I have botanist gin with fever tree lemonade and some horrible crisps from Morrisons
